Brittany Alberts, 18, of Barboursville, was crowned the 2008 Cabell County Fair Queen on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at the WV Pumpkin Park. Brittany, a freshman at Marshall University, will reign over the 2008 Cabell County Fair July 19th – 26th and also represent the Cabell County Fair throughout the next year at various events, parades and also represent the Cabell County Fair at the 2009 WV Association of Fairs & Festivals Pageant that will be held in January 2009 in Charleston.
Brittany is the daughter of Rick and Deborah Fisher of Barboursville.

Kalyn Bordman, 13, of Barboursville, was crowned the 2008 Cabell County Fair Teen on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at the WV Pumpkin Park. Kalyn attends Barboursville Middle School and is the daughter of Matt and Christina Wedge.

Announcement: The 2008 Queen & Teen Pageant will be May 18,2008 and the Children's Pageant will be May 17, 2008.
